HISTORY :
In 2015, Mr. Tutun Pandit, Proprietor of the company , laid the foundation of Pandit Engineers with a vision to provide quality construction to the industrial, Commercial and Housing sector. The company Initiated its operation in south Mumbai. The Company soon established a reputation of quality construction and handled many projects as consulting engineers , In 2015 Mr. Nilesh Barge Joined as Director in Accounts and finance and with our efforts the company changed its name Nilesh Construction, Building construction is a very important component of the construction industry. Processes in these industrial require highly specialized expertise in planning, design and construction At Pandit Engineers & Construction & Nilesh Construction., have value additions at every stage. Our team of engineers are proactive with a ‘I can’ Attitude which means that all projects are successfully delivered within the budget and matching the high Based at western suburban of Mumbai ,one of the largest redeveloping slum belts in the suburbs of Mumbai ,Pandit Engineers & Nilesh Construction Operates on Multi- SRA, Residential and Commercial projects throughout Mumbai.

Our Prevention Measures
To keep employees and sub constructor’s employees safe and healthy, we:
• Establish a safety plan for every job. Hazards are identified and special precautions
are given to employees
• Provide appropriate tools, equipment and materials to the safety requirements for
each job.
• Regularly conduct safety and health walk through on all jobs to access project
conditions and take corrective action when required.
• Provide mandatory safety, health awareness and procedure training on all jobs sites.
In addition to what our company can do to help prevent accident and impaired health,
our policy, hiring agreements and subcontracts clearly state our expectation that all
employees and subcontractors employees, both in the field and office , must take
responsibility for their own safety and health no matter where they are or what they are
doing in their everyday lives.
